Our stay was quite enjoyable, highlighted by the exceptional service from the staff, especially Amanda and Judy, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room was comfortable, but we did notice that the carpet could use a deep clean. Overall, this was a solid choice for our short visit.

Upon checking in, I faced a couple of challenges. The elevator was broken, and the first-floor room I moved to had a TV with only one channel working. Additionally, the room’s lock was broken, requiring staff assistance each time I needed access. The lobby had signs everywhere, which felt excessive. I appreciated the room being recently updated and having no carpeting. However, the breakfast was disappointing. the so-called free breakfast was just a mystery bag with yogurt, fruit, and a muffin, which I couldn't use since I couldn't see what was in it. I couldn’t enjoy my stay completely because of the room's air quality—it felt stuffy, making it hard to breathe after a night there. The staff, with the exception of the afternoon receptionist, were friendly and helpful, which softened the difficult first impressions. Still, the overall environment left much to be desired, especially the pet fee, which felt too steep for what I received. I would probably look elsewhere next time.
